After a tough and tiring week of crushing Taylor Swift’s image to powdered dust…it was time for Kim to get back to work. The reality star stepped out to meet up with her sisters at an LA studio to film some scenes for KUWTK, wearing something that looked like a cross between casual errand running/house cleaning attire and 50 Shades of S&M:
