Florida Woman Asked Hitman To Kill Ex-Husband Or Sell Him Into Sex Slavery

A 34-year-old Florida woman charged with offering $5,000 to kill her ex-husband asked if he could be “made into a sex slave” instead, police said.
Rachael Natalie Leahy was arrested Thursday at her final meeting with an undercover detective at a Bradenton intersection after paying half the fee and exploring options in prior sessions, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by the Bradenton Herald.
Sheriff’s Deputies in Manatee County, which is across Tampa Bay from St. Petersburg, said Leahy wanted to get custody of the three children she shares with her ex. Investigators said they contacted her after receiving a tip that she wanted him dead.
On Aug. 29, she told the undercover officer, whom she thought was a hitman, that one possible approach would be to have him kidnapped, taken to another country and forced in sex slavery, according to the affidavit.
