Did you know that cheddar cheese isn’t naturally orange? We can’t Brie-lieve it. 🧀

Wisconsin is known for its cheese, but if the state was a nation, it’d be the third largest producer in the world — producing over 600 varieties of cheese. Tony Hook of Hook’s Cheese in Mineral Point, Wisconsin has been a cheesemaker for over 50 years, making 70 different varieties at his shop — including their award-winning orange cheddar, and a rare cheddar that’s aged for 20 years.
