Sumedh Natu used our 28 Best Prague Restaurants map to find four great meals in the city. He started at Naše Maso, a luxe butcher best known for its Czech-style tartare and medium-rare burgers, before heading to Eska, a coffee roaster-meets-bakery-meets-restaurant hybrid serving up some excellent baked goods. Natu then visited Lokál, an elevated beer hall with classic Czech dishes, and finally, ended at Na Kopci, a Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded restaurant off the tourist path.
