Noksu has primarily highlighted dishes centered around seafood since it first opened in October 2023. Once inside, you’re soon welcomed to this 15-seat tasting counter offering an 11-course menu from chef Dae Kim, whose inspiration for the dishes stems from his Korean heritage.
