Allen Iverson made history in Springfield, Ma last night: he wore a suit for the first time since he was drafted into the NBA. You can take the boy out of his hood clothes, but you can’t take the hood out of the boy though! In an emotional speech during which Allen Iverson thanked his God, his Georgetown University coach John Thompson, and his “Hall of Famer” wife Tawanna, A.I. still made time to thank Hip-Hop.
