Chris Brown Wins Legal Battle After Accused Of Terrorizing His Cali Community
Back in May we reported Chris Brown really don’t give a mighty morphin’ f**k about his neighbors and was caught on camera terrorizing his neighborhood according to TMZ reports:
The video — shot by one of Brown’s San Fernando Valley neighbors and obtained by TMZ — shows Brown and a friend, each on an ATV, and another friend on a 3-wheeler, driving at a high rate of speed in the neighborhood.
As we reported, some of Chris’ neighbors are enraged he’s been driving recklessly in the neighborhood. They say Brown was doing doughnuts on the street last Wednesday, even on someone’s lawn. Brown denies it, but this video was shot the next day.
The video has been turned over to the LAPD, which has already told us will be sent over to the L.A. City Attorney for possible criminal prosecution for disturbing the peace.
Chris believes the neighbor who shot the video is just angry because he’s “rich and black.”
Now TMZ now reports Breezy has won the legal battle against his neighbors:
Chris Brown just scored a W in his legal battle with his pissed off neighbors — who, for some reason, backed down and now the LAPD’s dropped its disturbing the peace investigation.
Law enforcement sources tells us Chris won’t face any charges for allegedly disturbing the peace back in May … when he was accused of terrorizing the streets of his neighborhood on an ATV.
You’ll recall … there was even video of a joyride taken by one of his neighbors. We’re told the one who ended up calling cops didn’t want to cooperate, so LAPD decided to close the case.
Breezy is off the hook again!
