Photos have been rolling in online, and the stores appear to have Frank Ocean’s Boys Don’t Cry magazine, which he announced earlier this year. According to some tweets, each person at the shop can get a copy of the magazine for free.

The magazine appears to be wrapped in a silver packaging, and on the outside, has “Featuring: Frank Ocean, Tom Sachs, Kanye West, Wolfgang Tillmans, Viviane Sassen, Harley Weir, Tyrone Lebon, Ren Hang, Michael Mayren, Jim Mangan, Nabil Elderkin.”

The pop-up shops are even further addition to the spectacle and this weekend’s return of Frank Ocean. On Thursday night, his web site BoysDontCry.Co revealed Endless, a new ‘visual album’ that showed Frank building a spiraling staircase while new music played as the soundtrack; the video was was released on Apple Music moments after the stream ended. On Friday night, Apple Music released “Nikes,” a striking, NSFW music video.

Rolling Stone reported that this weekend, Frank Ocean wold also be releasing an additional, separate album – formerly called Boys Don’t Cry, but now called something else.

Only time will tell whether or not this is the case, but for the time being, Frank Ocean watch continues.
